CommTech CTS SA is the designer of the Optinergy project, which is the strong product of energy optimization for all photovoltaic system owners. Based on reinforcement learning, this EMS (Energy Management System) is an intelligent Smart Grid component, independent of manufacturers, but integration with various protocols (e.g. ModBus) is open. This predictive system uses IoT (e.g. weather) to optimize self-consumption from 20% (without EMS) to more than 75% when thermal storage is involved in the replacement of its heating. The hardware from this system has also been used in industry for years, where CommTech CTS SA has been developing turnkey solutions
